Alex is Croften Care’s go-to organiser with a creative streak, a love for humour, and a knack for adding a little sparkle to everyday admin. Friendly, approachable, and calm under pressure, she’s the one who keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes — from rostering and staff support to day-to-day administration. With a sharp eye for detail and a dash of creative flair, Alex brings problem-solving, Canva magic, and plenty of positive energy into the office.

Outside of work, Alex is proudly a self-confessed crazy cat lady (with Loki, Zuko, Henry Catvill, and Tigger running the household), a gamer, and a collector of Pokémon cards. She loves game nights, Discord chats with friends, hiking adventures, and iPad art sessions with Procreate. Red frogs are her weakness, Eevee is her favourite Pokémon, and she’s reread her favourite book more than 150 times — proof of her dedication once she finds something she loves.
