Lance brings a friendly, approachable energy to every shift and has a natural ability to make people feel comfortable and included. He loves helping others build life skills, encouraging community outings, and creating meaningful connections through shared activities. Whether it’s a walk in nature, a chat over music, or a moment of laughter, Lance focuses on making each day positive and engaging for those he supports.

Outside of work, Lance is happiest outdoors — fishing, gardening, motorbike riding, or heading to the gym. A proud John Wayne and cowboy memorabilia collector, he also trains horses and is a keen bird enthusiast. His love of animals, nature, and helping others makes him a genuine and down-to-earth part of the Croften Care team.
