Marvin is a dedicated youth and support worker who brings passion, creativity, and heart to every shift. With a talent for connecting through music, conversation, and mentorship, he helps clients feel heard, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential. Marvin thrives on building genuine relationships, creating safe spaces, and motivating others to achieve their goals — all while bringing positive energy and compassion to his work every day.

Outside of work, Marvin channels his creativity into writing and producing his own music, crafting beats and lyrics that tell stories from the heart. He’s also a big basketball fan who loves staying active, spending time outdoors, and being a proud dad to his three kids — who fittingly call him their superhero (and he’s pretty sure they’re right).
