Independent Living

Supporting people with disability to live as independently as possible. Croften have a portfolio of homes including robust SDA homes and non-specific SIL homes where tenants receive supports every day to manage household activities and community access.

Day Programs

Our Day Options Programs are designed for people who want to participate in friendly groups during the day to develop essential life skills or work on employment readiness. All our programs can be tailored for the days when you would prefer to do activities independently.

Community Access

Whether you need daily support or you just need help once a week to get out and about, we are here to help. Explore your local community with support workers who adore what they do.

Support Coordination

Our coordinators are experts in disability and trauma informed care but you are the expert in your life. We work with you to find the perfect mix of providers that compliment your life and maximse your funding. Let us take the stress out of managing changes and meetings.

Counselling and Social Work

Our social workers are trained in many different areas and with different interventions. Commonly they all work toward improving the social experience of the people they support. Often the regular sessions work toward goals in new and innovative ways that promote engagement where other providers might be struggling.

Respite

Short and medium term accommodation for people with disabilities and young people with high support needs. Spend time with compassionate, fun and friendly carers while you work on building the skills you need to live independently or just take a break.

Occupational Therapy

Our home based Occupational Therapists can work with you to discover and improve your engagement at home, at school or work or in the community. We don’t just tick boxes and write reports, we partner with people and families to improve quality of life.

Common Questions

NDIS support is available to Australian citizens, residents, and special visa holders under the age of 65 who have a permanent and significant disability that affects their ability to take part in everyday activities.

To apply for NDIS support, you need to complete an Access Request Form. Completing and returning this form with the required evidence of your disability begins the application process.

Your NDIS plan will outline the goals you wish to achieve and the types of support funded by the NDIS to help you meet these goals. We can help you understand your plan and ensure the services you receive are covered. Contact Us.

Starting services with us involves a consultation to understand your needs and goals, reviewing your NDIS plan together, and then setting up a service agreement to outline the supports we will provide.

Yes, we offer flexible support options that can include services outside of regular business hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate your needs. All clients can access our AFTER HOURS support phone number.

Absolutely! We will try to make these changes a positive experience for you. We understand that human’s are diverse and we prefer to spent time with certain types of people, and that’s ok!

To switch to our services, you can contact us directly. We will discuss your needs, how we can support you, and assist with the transition process to ensure it’s smooth and meets your requirements.

Services are billed directly to your NDIS plan according to the agreed rates in your service agreement. For all NDIS services the standard rates arranged by the NDIA are used You can find them on the NDIS website.

No, you are not locked into your service agreement with us. Our agreements are designed to be flexible to meet your changing needs and circumstances. You can request to review or end your agreement at any time, provided you give us the agreed notice period to ensure a smooth transition for your care.

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and considerate of your needs and planning requirements. If you need to cancel a service, we kindly ask for at least 7 days’ notice. This allows us to manage our resources effectively and potentially offer the slot to another participant. Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice may incur a fee as outlined in your service agreement, to cover the planned allocation of resources.

Feedback and complaints can be made directly through our website, over the phone, or in person. We take all feedback seriously and are committed to continuous improvement.
