Housing & Accommodation (NDIS)

Safe, suitable homes—fast

Croften Care help people find and move into the right home—from short-term solutions to long-term SDA and SIL. We have immediate vacancies and trusted partnerships with builders and agents, so we can locate or customise a home in your preferred area quickly.

What we Offer

Supported Independent Living (SIL)

Daily living support in a shared or individual home—24/7, active nights, or drop-in, tailored to your goals and routines.

Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)

Access to compliant homes across categories (Improved Liveability, Fully Accessible, High Physical Support, Robust). We work with providers and builders to source, design, or modify a property that fits your needs.

Hospital to Home (Transition)

Fast coordination with hospitals, therapists, and the NDIA to prevent delays and discharge safely.

Short Term & Medium Term Accommodation (STA/MTA)

Safe places while you trial supports, take a break, or wait for a permanent home.

How we find the right home—quickly

Instant match: We maintain an up-to-date list of current vacancies and suitable homes.
Property network: We partner with builders, developers, and real-estate agents who can identify or release stock in the suburb you prefer.
Modify or build: For SDA, we coordinate design tweaks and assistive tech, or connect you with builders to design-and-construct.
Funding alignment: We guide you on SDA vs SIL vs ILO so the property and support model match your plan and eligibility.

Who we support

We support people with complex disability, including behaviours of concern and high-intensity support needs. This includes those who require Robust or High Physical Support environments.

We help adults who prefer a shared home, want to live on their own, or need a short-term/transitional option. Most importantly, we work to find a place close to your family, school, work, and community.

Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is the building; Supported Independent Living (SIL) is the support you receive inside the home. SDA funding helps pay for the type of dwelling (e.g., Robust, High Physical Support) and its features. SIL funding covers your day-to-day support—things like personal care, meal prep, prompting, and overnight supports. You can have SDA without SIL, SIL without SDA, or both together depending on your needs and plan.
