Croften Care was started by some very ordinary parents who were struggling to find disability supports that truly cared about their family. This beginning set the stage for a unique care model that prioritises safe, personalised support where every client is seen, valued and respected.
Before long we were being asked by the Department to provide care to some very special young people, and so we grew our crew! We are surrounded by people who love what they do and believe in the potential of each person to live a great life!
